Three rounds of golf on two different courses, the last two rounds competing for the Norman Hodgkiss Holiday Chalice.
For a person sharing the cost is £700, but single occupancy = £820 due to supplements.
The cost should cover all meals in France with beer/wine, the first drink after playing golf, plus prizes for nearly everything.
Sunday 21st April.
Meet at the Spice Island Portsmouth for dinner circa 1930.
Brittany Ferries Portsmouth to Caen @ 2300 – 0645.
Monday 22 April.
Caen Golf Club - after 0900 – A friendly 4 ball Team Stableford.
Depart for Port En Bessin the Ibis Hotel (26 miles).
This is located in the centre of the Port close to all amenities, Bars, Restaurants etc.
Dinner to be arranged in the town by Sam Collins.
Tuesday 23 April.
Omaha Beach Golf Club Le Manoir course 1000.
This is the first round of the Norman Hodgkiss Challenge Bowl.
Dinner to be arranged in the town by Sam Collins.
Wednesday 24 April.
Omaha Beach Golf Club La Mer course 1000.
This is the second round of the Norman Hodgkiss Challenge Bowl.
Prizegiving Dinner to be arranged by Sam Collins.
Thursday 25th April.
A free day for sightseeing.
