100 Captains turned out on a very hot sunny day to compete for the 2023 Autumn Cup.

​

 

The course was in excellent condition and the greens ran true with some difficult pin positions proving a good test of golf.

​

​The hospitality was first class and we asked Jonathan Viney (Brickhampton Court GC Captain) to pass on our thanks  to The Members for accomodating the event, to The Greenstaff for the presentation of the course and finally to Jo & The Bar / Catering staff for looking after us throughout the day.

 

A special thank you to Shaun Pearce for his help on the registration desk and winkling out those hard earned pennies from those who took part in the charity raffle! ... and to Dereck Buttler for doing a fine job with the scorecard adjudication.

Geoff Lowe, GGC Captain, presented the raffle proceeds to Jonathan Viney, BCGC Club Captain, in aid of The Pied Piper Appeal.
